Sienna's Blessing

Sienna received her blessing on Saturday, June 20th. Her dad administered it. We did it privately at the church instead of in Sacrament Meeting. I found that this was my favorite way to do it. It didn't feel so rushed and hectic. Our family and a few friends attended. After the blessing, we had a pizza party complements of Dominoes and houseparty.com. Sienna was/is beautiful and was a good girl for the blessing. We ended up needing to buy her 2 dresses because she had grown out of the first one. Luckily, a friend had told us about a store that sold flawed dresses really cheap. Each dress was only $8.50. The only flaw was a smudge on the back the size of a grain if rice. It was a beautiful blessing. The biggest blessing though, is to all of us, by having Sienna in our lives. She has already added so much love and joy to our family. We are grateful to our Heavenly Father for letting us be her family while we are here on Earth
