Justin would like corned beef for St. Patrick's Day. Now, we have been married for almost 15 years and I have NEVER made corned beef. I wasn't really sure, other than the beef part, what made corned beef corned beef. So I looked it up on Wikipedia. I believe the word "brine" is what is turning me off to this one. I know his mom cooked it for his family. Maybe I can bribe her into fixing his lunch on St. Patrick's Day! What do you say? huh? Please?
